Happens when trying to create an sdltb file. The error looks something like this:

MultiTerm is unable to create the termbase.

'<some path>' is not a valid path.

or

'<some path>' is not a valid file name.

This can happen when there are non-English characters in the path or name of a file. Shockingly, MultiTerm (or rather: the underlying JET database) can't always handle such paths. Change the file name and full path to one that only contains the letters a-z.

The allowed characters depend on the system locale of your Windows. So, on a Chinese system, you can use Chinese characters just fine, while on an English Windows they will probably cause an error.
